- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Charging someone $1 to put 4" of tape on a box. Roll of tape cost $2-3 so times your $1 by how many times someone is charged for tape and your taking advantage of the customer. Customer service goes along way and I walked out due to this. First time I was in your store she handed me a wet sponge to seal envelope which cause more water then necessary and ruined the envelope, she then charged me for two envelops. Third time I walked in and a customer was walking out, as I was being helped that same customer walked back in and the lady told me they were here first so I will need to go help them now!!!
