  Bill and his team were a breeze to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and felt comfortable asking Bill (even the stupid ones!). I attempted to work with two other lenders, but neither of them were as responsive or as genuinely caring as Bill was. I once even called him at 10pm to ask one question.. and he answered! (Sorry, Bill...) His team was fantastic and always kept me in the loop as to what was happening, what stage the mortgage was in, and if I ever needed to do anything... All of this was done from 200 miles away through email and phone calls. Bill McDonald is the BEST and I highly recommend him! Thank you for everything you helped me with!

  Hard to overstate how wonderful it was to work with Bill and his group. From the first contact Bill was very helpful in terms of his insights into the process. I was constantly kept in the loop with regard to where things stood. What I was most impressed with was Bill and his team's willingness to go "above and beyond" when things popped up. We had an issue regarding the start date of my new job which pushed the closing back. Bill took the initiative to contact my employer to ensure he knew the policies and also contacted my builder to explain to him exactly what the situation was. My builder even commented on how great it had been to work with Bill, even though they had never met. For what it's worth I am a professor at a large state university who teaches Services Marketing and will be using this experience in my classes as an example of an excellent customer service experience.
