- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆As far as credit unions go, UCFCU does not offer many amenities for banking with them when compared to the University Federal Credit Union I utilized in the past. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. They set their own rules and say their rules are just like any other bank. NOT. Fees, fees and more fees. The fees came from my ordering product from overseas. For each transaction there was a 5.00 fee. Some of the items were less than 5.00, and I ordered from the same company. They charged 5.00 for each transaction. I was $50.00+ in fees before I caught it. They did not take them off. They said read your contract. Very very very fine print. But in calling other banks, they said they never heard of it.
