- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I been wrangling the judicial system for years, so i have a good idea how things work. Anyway, i got a speeding ticket late last year and didn't have but about twelve days until my court date. And i was in a financial jam at the time so i couldn't hire my powerhouse lawyer who i knew would have gotten the case dismissed. So i ended up hiring this joker for $500 less. What a huge mistake!! First, i made it clear to him up front that anything less than a non -moving violation was unacceptable. So anyway, he sends me a letter a month and a half after my court date, informing me that he plead me guilty to a speeding ticket. And to make matters worse, since he waited more than thirty days to inform me, i could no longer appeal my case, which of course he knew this. Guess he didn't want me to make him look bad by appealing my case, which i would have most certainly done. What a douchebag! Either this guy's name doesn't carry much weight where he practices law, or he doesn't care about all his client's needs. I would say maybe both.
